Project inquiries and engagements

Submitting an inquiry does not require either party to proceed, authorize access to any system, or create a confidential or contractual relationship. Do not submit confidential information, credentials, regulated records, or sensitive personal information through a public website form.

Automation assessments and scheduling

Assessment scores, qualification messages, and recommendations are automated, preliminary estimates based on the information submitted. They are provided for general business-evaluation purposes and do not guarantee technical feasibility, cost savings, business results, or eligibility for services. Scheduling an intake call does not create a consulting engagement or obligate either party to proceed.

A project begins only through a separate written agreement signed by Alpha One Tech, LLC and the customer. That agreement will control the project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, acceptance criteria, support, data handling, and intellectual-property rights. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that project.

Permitted use

Subject to these terms, Alpha One Tech, LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the website in violation of applicable law. Do not submit passwords, system credentials, regulated records, or other sensitive information through a public website form.
